Or even an MBC and left it at or under 5 PSI and got your hands on a good condition stock turbo and quality parts so your boost doesn't creep or spike, I can see how you'd get reliably over 250 RWHP on what once was an NA without having to get new injectors, ECU, etc. and all for under $1k. To an NA owner, $1k for ~50 RWHP would be probably one of the first things they would buy. But then again, they'd be tempted to put the boost up, and well that just won't work out well.
